WELCOME TO BUCKIE UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB 

Welcome to the Buckie United Football Club website. Created in 1987, Buckie United have enjoyed over 22 years of success, winning many league championships and cups and twice reaching the Scottish Cup semi finals. 

United play in the Moray District Welfare League Premier Division, finishing 6th last season. Buckie play their home games at Linzee Gordon Park, Buckie which has been our home for almost 20 years. We usually play on a sunday afternoon and occasionally tuesday or thursday nights.

Buckie United are currently co-managed by Alistair "Chunks" McLean (in his 2nd spell as manager) and Iain MacRae (who plays Highland League with Rothes FC) along with their assistants George "Hummer" Murray (former United player) and Alan Thain (former Buckie Thistle and United player and co-founder of Buckie United).

United produced a sensational result on sunday in the Scottish Cup 3rd Round as they beat top Glasgow side Myre Athletic 5-3 in Paisley. Myre Athletic boast 2 ex Glasgow Rangers players in their squad but the Buckie lads produced an amazing 1st half display to lead 4-0 at the break. Joe Gerrie bagged 4 goals in the match with veteran hitman Neil Duthie grabbing the other.

The draw for the 4th Round has paired United up with their toughest challenge yet as they face Dunfermline side Blairhall Village. Most years the Scottish cup winners come from the Dunfermline League and Blairhall are one of its top sides so Buckie will need to be on top form again to make the quarter finals. The match takes place on saturday 28th November at Victoria Park, Buckie. Kick off is 2pm
